Baked White Fish
this is a super simple, quick dinner perfect for busy weeknights. Use your favorite crackers for topping, and serve with side starch and veggie.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Gather ingredients. Spray a glass baking dish
  2. In small saucepan, melt butter and combine with wine on low heat, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
  3. Pour crackers in a zip-lock bag and crush with hand, rolling pin, meat tenderizer...whatever's handy. Crush to breadcrumb consistency.
  4. Add fish to baking dish, season liberally with salt and pepper. Pour cooled wine and butter mixture over fish, top with crushed crackers.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes until fish is opaque and flaky. Enjoy!
